Welcome to the sexiest pole dance studio in Lexington, Kentucky!
Empowered Flow is a sensual dance and movement studio offering pole dance, Liquid Motion/floorwork, chair dance and tease, yoga, complementary flow arts, private instruction, and group parties. We are proud to be Lexington's only pole dance studio with XPERT certified pole instructors. No prior dance or movement experience is necessary to begin! Students are able to personalize their training and areas of focus—as there are various types and styles of pole dance, as well as multiple performance outlets. All bodies are pole bodies, and all are welcome here!
It's been my belief for a long time that the very best things in my life have only come to me after I've left my comfort zone and taken a significant risk. I must make space for the magic! What started out as a private training spot evolved into a full-on pole dance studio located within The Warehouse Block area of downtown Lexington, Kentucky.
Our goal is for students to find empowerment and an increasing sense of body confidence and well-being during their time with us. We are a gender inclusive, sex positive, community studio--come FLOW with us!

Directions:
Empowered Flow Studio is located at 839 National Ave in The Warehouse Block. We share a building with Harmony Day Montessori School—they face the road in front. Our front door (Ste 120) is towards the back of the building on the right in parking lot #1. We’re in the curve of National Ave from Given Ave and parking lot #2 is just across the road.
