Empowered Flow parties are a fun way to celebrate with your group. Come indulge in a flirty party and learn some sexy moves! We are located in the heart of The Warehouse Block at 839 National Ave, within walking distance of coffee and pastries, retail shops, and bars and restaurants. Parking is plentiful, free, and safe!

 
 

AVAILABLE PARTY TIMES:

Fridays  7pm - 11pm

Saturdays  7pm - 11pm

Sundays  7pm - 11pm

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your day/time and confirmation must be made and balance paid no later than 72 hours before your event. Basic parties are 75 minutes for 4-6 people. 18+

Directions:

Empowered Flow Studio is located at 839 National Ave in The Warehouse Block. We share a building with Harmony Day Montessori School—they face the road in front. Our front door (Ste 120) is towards the back of the building on the right in parking lot #1. We’re in the curve of National Ave from Given Ave and parking lot #2 is just across the road.
